I don’t have a driver’s license yet, but I’m planning on taking the theory exam this christmas. However, my father has already promised that when I get it he’ll give me the family car.
The car’s a Dacia Duster bought in like 2008 and, even though my father takes perfect care of it, you can easily notice it’s over ten years old. The driver’s armrest and part of the seats are pretty worn down, and it makes a funny noise that the mechanic said is “no problem” but still it annoys me so much.
My dad’s actually handing it down to me because he’s gonna buy himself a new one. I can’t complain, though.
Look! I found a picture of the car online, it's even the same colour as ours.
